How can I best plan my visit?

Jamaica is of course famous for its reggae music, so why not get in the mood by listening to some classic Bob Marley tracks, or reading some Ian Fleming? James Bond is inextricably linked with Jamaica – his creator made Jamaica his home; he took his name from a Jamaican author; and a number of his films, including Dr No and Live and Let Die, were filmed there. In fact Jamaica is one of the world’s most popular film locations, having provided the background for Papillon, Cocktail, Cool Runnings, Treasure Island, and many others. Many celebrities have homes in Jamaica and Noel Coward’s estate played host to some of Hollywood’s most famous names as well as royalty.
