Step 1

If you only have a general idea, or wish to learn more of the many opportunities available, our sales consultants will be only too pleased to talk through the range of available options, and provide itinerary suggestions and details of what other clients have enjoyed. Alternatively contact us to email us your preferences. We will then revert to you with a suggested itinerary and price.

Step 2

If you are already reasonably clear about what you wish to do, then please contact our sales consultants by telephone, email us your itinerary or drop into your local independent travel agent with your dates and budget and we will give you a firm itinerary and price.

Step 3

Once you have decided to accept our quotation and wish us to make a booking, we will then require you to sign a booking form and provide a deposit of 100.00 per person.

Step 4

Once your deposit and signed booking form has been received, we will then request all the services and upon confirmation (which can take a few days) and your final payment, all your travel documents will be forwarded to you, including our guidance notes and local contact details. Full payment is required eight weeks before departure; for bookings made within that time, full payment is required with the booking form.
