Havanatour S.A. was established in 1978, enjoying rapid growth to become one of the largest groundhandlers in Cuba and now welcoming 20% of all visitors to the island. Havanatour is not tied to any specific hotel chain and as a result has contracts with virutally every property in Cuba, competitively negotiated based on our high volume of clients. Havanatour also owns the most modern and comfortable fleet of air conditioned transportation in Cuba and has long experience in creating and delivering detailed tour programmes including flight only services to connect with a number of other Caribbean islands thanks to our own charter flight network.

The UK office was opened in 1996 and provides a comprehensive service to over 100 tour operators worldwide, all of whom enjoy the convenience of operating through a UK registered company. The advantages of working through the UK office can be summarised below.

Commercial support: contracting of transfers, car hire, hotels, charter flights, representation and group tour programmes can all be done through the UK office.
Bookings: all bookings are made via the UK office, thus offering much greater ease of communication.
Payment: this can easily be made by company cheque or bank transfer in sterling or euros to our National Westminster account in London.
Product advice: our UK office prides itself on its excellent knowledge and enthusiasm for Cuba and we are able to provide ongoing staff trainig and up to date market intelligence.
